Our Maintenance Options include:
CASPICOM offers Break/Fix computer technical support including emergency after hours support, weekend and holiday support, when it’s difficult to find an available and highly qualified technician to help your Company with its computer problems. The greatest thing about this is that we don’t charge any additional fees for after-hours/weekend/holiday technical support. With this maintenance option you are simply billed in accordance with our regular break/fix prices on a per incident basis. Another advantage of the Break/Fix option is that there are no contracts to sign. You simply make a phone call whenever you feel you need a service and an expert technician comes to your location to repair any computer related problem.[/tab] [tab]This plan includes preventative maintenance visits to monitor, maintain, and repair hardware and software issues. If your Company needs a little periodic work done The Monthly Maintenance Plan will be the best choice. You pay a set monthly fee in return for agreed number of hours of monthly service to be used at your discretion.
• A minimum of 3 month service agreement
• A minimum of 5 hrs. of service per month
• Overtime is deducted at a regular Break/Fix rate
• Payments are expected at the beginning of each month.Block of Hours Plan allows businesses to pre-purchase a discounted block of hours for computer technical support and/or website maintenance and support services. Blocks of Hours are available in increments of 10, 20, 30 or 40 hours. Because the service is prepaid the Block of Hours option gives companies the flexibility of utilizing their hours at any time throughout the entire year. All hours must be used within 12 months or they will expire. Blocks of Hours are great for companies which do not consistently need computer tech support services each and every month. However, they would like to secure the discounted hourly rates for emergency situations that sometimes can take up to several hours to repair.
